About
My name is Claire and I have been a teacher for over a decade now. I am also the mum of two busy boys!
Originally from France, I arrived 15 years ago in Australia, graduated to become a French teacher and have been working with high school students since. I love teaching French and I love teaching mindfulness!
I have recently completed my 100H of Mindfulness Facilitator and I am excited to share my knowledge with you!
My true passion is helping students to learn and achieve their best.
I always had an interest in student’s wellbeing and how can students manage their stress better; over the years, I have noticed a decline in students coping skills. I often felt I was missing the tools to help students not being able to manage their stress better.
We have never been so stressed and anxious – what a time we have had the past two years.
after all, it is a skill that will help you at VCE but also at uni and or work later in their life.
The past two years have been a crazy ride and looking after our mental health have never been more important.
This is why I created this online course: a 1/1 mindfulness tutoring and coaching.
To help and provide you with the useful tools that mindfulness has to offer.
